💫I called and easily set an appointment for the following weekend. Once my best friend and I arrived, we were greeted by Amber. She was so friendly and welcoming. She checked us in and showed us where the restroom was before our appt started. Then we were greeted by Mo-nae. She was so nice and made us feel like we were right at home. She directed us to the room, gave us robes and slippers, with glasses of wine (our preference of red or white). The atmosphere in the room was so calm and relaxing. The lights were low, R&B music was playing, and candles lit. She explained the process of the v-steam and how it worked. Then she left so we could undress and came back consistently to check on us and make sure we were enjoying ourselves. She offer us snacks and we used the hand massage device. The whole experience was absolutely amazing! I would recommend her services for sure and will be returning. The levels of great customer service we received from Mo-nae and Amber was absolutely amazing!!!!
💫Made By Mo-nae’ is amazing. I love how from the beginning she made me feel comfortable and made sure I understood what treatment I was getting done. Her space just feels like a safe space which I appreciated. She made me start to fall in love with my skin again so yea you might as well book her for your next appointment and experience first hand!
